About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued clients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, getting feedback and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, answering their queries and providing detailed notes.
- Effectively navigate our systems and databases to retrieve customer information and update records accurately.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and promote customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone with a passion for customer service and a desire to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to various software and systems.
