Responsibilities: - Develop innovative and engaging content, graphics, and copy for our internal marketing campaigns across various channels, including ads, emails, and social media. - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with our brand and objectives. - Create visually appealing and impactful graphics to enhance the overall messaging and branding. - Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and client needs to deliver content that resonates. - Assist in the creation and execution of social media advertising and management strategies for our diverse client base. - Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize content and drive improved results. Requirements: - Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting. - Proficient in creating high-quality content, graphics, and copy for various digital platforms. - Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and advertising strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for storytelling. - Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute creative ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
